Ralis is pretty much the main demon character inSoul Spade, who seeks out Cordelia to form a contract in order to obtain an insurmountable power to resume to peace of Earth and the order of Hell.
Ralis hails from Scotland from the 14th century, originally a prince of a powerful lineage.
